Position Overview
As a member of the Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting Eddys! Ice Cream across various platforms, with a focus on social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, and more. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and other team members to create engaging content, execute marketing campaigns, and drive customer engagement. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help increase our brand’s visibility and attract new customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce high-quality, engaging content (videos, photos, posts) that showcases our products and brand values.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaging brand image.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and contribute to generating reports to inform future marketing strategies.
• Collaborations and Partnerships: Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and other potential partners to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to keep our marketing strategies relevant and effective.
Qualifications
• Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role, especially in social media marketing and content creation, is preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms. Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Creativity: Innovative thinker with a knack for creating engaging content that captures attention.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other marketing team members and cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
• Language: Proficiency in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
